The skin you’re in deserves to be treated well and, with an effective and consistent beauty plan, you can make its appearance healthier and more beautiful.
And, although it may be difficult to constantly stick to a routine, there are a number of simple ways that you can cut down on skin’s ageing, sagging and lifelessness.
So, here are just few tips to look and feel healthier in your skin.

Protect yourself from the sun

So, if you want a healthier complexion, giving up smoking is a great way to help.
When you snooze for the optimal period of between seven to 10 hours, your blood circulation is improved and your skin left looking a lot more radiant than if you were tired. Again, this is to do with the production of collagen, the key to healthy skin, which is increased during our sleep time.
It’s why you should, even in a busy lifestyle, be sure to set aside enough time for your beauty sleep.
Get plenty of exercise
As we grow older, the skin grows older with us, losing a certain level of its exuberance as time marches on. But, according to celebrity trainer Dalton Wong, “If you tone your body in the right way, you can also tone your skin.”
With an exercise programme that focuses on lean muscle mass, the skin can build up muscles that will make your skin look firmer and, because of the increased oxygenation and blood flow, allow you a healthier and younger glow.
Realistically, this exercise need only be done for 20 minutes of your day, meaning that even the laziest of us can gain a more radiant look.
